MEconomy is an independent comparison service. This page explains how links to providers and retailers work and how we could earn money from them.
State of partnerships
As of 05.09.2026, MEconomy has no active affiliate agreements. Every retailer link goes directly to the retailer, with no commission. This page is updated as soon as that changes.
How retailer links work
Links to offers in Preis-Radar go through our own address of the form /go/{id}. We count the click (offer, language, a coarse referrer) and forward you to the retailer. We store no IP address and no user ID. Whether a link later earns a commission depends solely on whether a partnership exists.
What never changes
- Rankings, prices and history data are never influenced by commissions. Every retailer is treated the same.
- We never manipulate cookies, alter retailer pages, or replace existing referral links.
- Links that could earn a commission are marked as such (rel="sponsored") and disclosed on this page.
- We never show a "was" price we did not observe ourselves. Our reference price is the mode of observed regular prices over the last 30 days.
