These are the indicative rates each lender publishes on its own page for owner-occupied homes and good credit, read every working day by our price bot (MEconomyBot) and checked against the page twice before they are shown. Your rate depends on your income, the loan-to-value and the property: a published rate is not an offer.

Rates that need something extra (an online purchase, other products with the lender, an energy-efficient home) are shown under the lender's rate with their condition, and are never ranked against it.

Not yet included: UBS, Raiffeisen and BCV (their rates appear only after a page script runs), Swiss Life and brokers that block automated reading, and lenders that publish no rate table.

MEconomy is not paid by these lenders and passes nothing on to them; the links go straight to the lender (how we make money).
